MOTOREX USA INC (“MOTOREX USA”) of Brookfield CT, the US-affiliate of Swiss-based MOTOREX-BUCHER GROUP AG (“MOTOREX”) and EUROLINE INC (“EUROLINE”) of New Milford CT, distribution partner for MOTOREX metalworking fluids since 1996, have agreed to join forces. All Euroline employees will transfer to MOTOREX USA and will continue to provide the same level of support to our customers. The transaction will be effective as of December 31, 2025.

It is a natural step that my business will now continue to be run by its affiliate MOTOREX USA. The transaction allows me to hand over my life's work into the best possible hands. All EUROLINE employees have agreed to stay on board and continue to provide the same level of customer service, now under the umbrella of MOTOREX USA. After a transition period of a couple of months, I will be able to step down and retire. It is a moment of immense gratitude towards my customers and my employees for the many years of cooperation and trust that I have been able to enjoy.”
