When is an oil flush/change required?
At between 80,000 and 120,000 kilometres, abrasive grit, heat and shear forces can take their toll on transmission oil. Reduced shifting comfort or even malfunction are unmistakeable signs that the condition of the oil has deteriorated. ATF servicing is also always a good precautionary measure.
How is servicing carried out?
DYNCO™ is connected to the system circuit via gear-specific adapters. The intuitive and easy-to-use controls allows the transmission oil type to be selected. A cleaning additive can also be integrated into the service. At the push of a button, the gearbox is flushed. During the process, the equipment recognises the flow direction, collects the old oil and replaces it with the correct amount of fresh oil. Changing the entire contents of the system (10 to 15 litres) takes around 3 to 5 minutes. After the process, a detailed report is printed out.
Is it worth employing the system in a workshop?
