Linda Niinyandu S. Uutoni is in her third year studying chemistry at the Namibia University of Science and Technology – and in November 2025, she completed a three-month internship at the MOTOREX Research and Development Department in Langenthal. An opportunity made possible through the B360 Education Partnership exchange programme: The non-profit connects African talent with experts in Europe.

During her time in Switzerland, Linda gained valuable hands-on experience in developing and formulating metalworking fluids. The technical and professional skills she developed at MOTOREX provide a strong foundation for her continued studies in material science and industrial chemistry. She aims to use her expertise and innovative mindset to shape sustainable manufacturing and technological progress in Namibia and beyond.
