The 2024 cycling season brought outstanding successes and podium finishes for MOTOREX-supported teams across downhill, cross-country, enduro, freestyle and road cycling disciplines. Riders from Specialized Gravity, Yeti/FOX Factory Race Team, Pivot Factory Racing, Thömus Maxon, Team Corratec Vini Fantini as well as riders in the freestyle scene, showcased their skills and achieved top placements in prestigious competitions worldwide.

DOWNHILL

Loic Bruni from Specialized Gravity claimed his fourth UCI Downhill World Cup title, confirming his status as one of the best downhill riders. Benoit Coulanges (Dorval AM Commencal) also excelled, earning the silver medal at the World Championships and securing a win at the sixth World Cup race in Loudenville. Finn Iles (Specialized Gravity) achieved third place at the World Championships and finished fifth overall in the World Cup standings. In the junior ranks, Dane Jewett of Pivot Factory Racing secured 4th overall in the Junior World Cup standings, while his brother Jakob took home a brilliant victory in the RockShox Canadian Open DH at Crankworx Whistler.

CROSS COUNTRY

Victor Koretzky (Specialized Factory Racing) had an outstanding season, securing the UCI XCC World Cup Short Track title and the XCC World Championship title. He capped off the season with an XCO silver medal at the Olympic Games. Alessandra Keller (Thömus Maxon) also impressed, winning the XCO World Cup overall and the XCC Short Track. Strong performances from Sina Frei (Specialized) and Mathias Flückiger (Thömus Maxon) also saw them placing in the top ranks of the XCC and XCO World Cup standings, while Laura Stigger (Specialized Factory Racing) showcased her talent with a 2nd place overall finish in the XCO World Cup.

ENDURO

Richie Rude from Yeti/FOX Factory Race Team dominated the Enduro World Series, securing first place overall with multiple race wins, as his teammate Slawomir Lukasik also completed a strong season for Yeti by taking second place overall. Charlie Murray (Specialized Enduro Team) and Morgane Charre (Pivot Factory Racing) achieved top positions, finishing the season within the top three. In the E-Enduro category, Estelle Charles and Kevin Miguel (Specialized) excelled by winning the respective world titles.

ROAD CYCLING

In road cycling, Team Corratec Vini Fantini made a strong impact. Jakub Mareczko won stages at the Tour of Hainan and the International Tour of Hellas, while rising star Kyrylo Tsarenko took victories at the Cupa Max Ausnit and Due Giorni Marchigiana. Valerio Conti secured third place overall at the Tour of Hellas, highlighting the competitive strength of the team.

Freestyle

Swiss rider Lucas Huppert concluded a solid season with an impressive 4th place finish in the Crankworx World Tour, showcasing remarkable skill and consistency on the global stage.
