Three new BIKES’ BEST BUDDIES in the MOTOREX range: the Swiss premium manufacturer has just presented newly developed care and lubrication products at EUROBIKE 2022. With the protective spray BIKE PROTECT, every bike remains in top condition even after a long period of inactivity. The new chain lubricant CHAINLUBE with PTFE effectively reduces friction. This is particularly pleasing for road racers, but mountain bikers also want to ride uphill as efficiently and with as little friction as possible. The ANTI SEIZE assembly paste makes it easier for passionate bike tinkerers to work on aluminium-metal connections.
The first new BIKES’ BEST BUDDIES product is the new BIKE PROTECT spray, which protects reliably against dirt and corrosion on all bikes that are in regular use and are pushed to the absolute limit. The spray in the 300 ml can forms a fine oil film, which prevents corrosion and protects the bike perfectly. In addition, BIKE PROTECT prevents dirt and mud from becoming baked hard on mountain bikes that are exposed to the elements in autumn, winter and spring. While dried-on dirt can usually only be removed with great effort, the fine oil film prevents it from becoming firmly attached to the bike, meaning it can therefore be rinsed off quickly. Thanks to its protective formula, BIKE PROTECT is also ideal for the winter storage of bikes and e-bikes. The new product is biodegradable.
Road bikers in particular will love the new CHAINLUBE with PTFE. Thanks to the PTFE additive, the newly developed high-end chain lubricant significantly reduces chain friction and is already considered an insider tip among road racers for more speed with less effort. This BIKES’ BEST BUDDIES product is designed for smooth running rather than long running and can also be used on mountain bikes in extremely dry conditions and helps them going uphill. CHAINLUBE with PTFE is the first MOTOREX product to come in the new 100 ml bottle with new applicator, which enables extremely fine and clean application of the lubricant. Three more bike lubricants will soon follow in this new container size.
To complement the WORKSHOP products in the BIKE LINE range, MOTOREX has developed the new ANTI SEIZE mounting paste. As a further helpful BIKES’ BEST BUDDIES product, this grease makes it easier to disassemble connections on the bike. While the well-known CARBON PASTE is especially suited for carbon connections, ANTI SEIZE makes connections between aluminium and other metals easier to handle. The new mounting paste comes in a silver 100 g brush box labelled in striking MOTOREX green. Depending on the market, the three MORE BUDDIES FOR YOUR BIKE products are available immediately.
